Kendra Todd returns to "The Apprentice"

Tonight's humdrum episode of The Apprentice included an appearance by four of the five previous winners -- Kelly Perdew, Kendra Todd, Randall Pinkett and Sean Yazbeck. Kelly, Randall and Sean had all made post-win appearances on the show before, and season one winner Bill Rancic has made many high-profile appearances as well. For some reason though, Kendra never really got the attention that she deserved.

I think that's a crying shame. Kendra was the one that I respected more than any of the other winners. Kendra conducted herself with a great deal of class, and for this, I respect her. She's also highly intelligent, which is another very attractive quality -- in any person, but certainly in a business person.

In various interviews, Kendra hinted that she probably would not be invited to serve as a viceroy on the show. I can only guess that there was some friction behind the scenes, and that she was not at liberty to discuss these things. Whatever the case, I wish that we'd see more of her.

I started reading her book a while back, but I wasn't able to finish it. I've ordered it from the public library again, and hopefully, this time I'll make it all the way through. I can learn a lot from this gal.
