Now that's some good marketing

Earlier, I talked about some completely horrendous and embarassing marketing materials that some bozo came up with. Ugh. You should have seen it; it was mind-numbingly bad.

Here's an example of some much better marketing: The Stanley Functional Utility Bar. Now that's a brilliant piece of marketing! It's thrilling, it's innovative, it's interactive, and it's funny. Absolutely brilliant.

Then there's this actress. Her personal website is very clean and elegant in its design, and it does a good job of communicating who she is. (Here's an unrelated fan site that's dedicated to her, BTW.)

And this page contains some really great downloadable marketing flyers. They give every indication of having been meticulously fine-tuned and systematically designed. The verbiage was very specific and clearly selected to catch the reader's attention. Some of the images could be improved, but some of the others are pretty good, and it's clear that a lot of imagination went into them.
