Just got my DVD set of season three of The Muppet Show. Yay! Jim Henson was a genius, and Frank Oz was a master of comedy. Gotta love Jerry Nelson and the rest as well.

One of the standouts in this season was Cheryl Ladd, who appeared in the last episode of the season. She's known primarily for being one of Charlie's Angels, but she's truly a consummate performer, and it shows. That gal is loaded with talent, which is why it's a shame that she's primarily know for being one of the beauties who were paraded on display in that dumb, dumb show.

You've got to hear her vocals in that episode. Her rendition of "Sunshine on My Shoulders" was just captivating. Wow.
