LedEngin

I tend to judge companies based largely on how they respond to their customers. I figure that if they respond to questions quickly and accurately, then they're more likely to be a company that I'd like to do business with. This is especially true when it comes to companies that provide high-tech components and equipment.

I was kinda disappointed when I contacted LedEngin. I was looking for a particular part, and I wasn't sure if they still offered it or not. I wrote to their sales department's e-mail address, but I didn't hear back from them. I called their sales person up, but I received no reply. What a disappointment.

Of course, I realize that there could have been any number of reasons why I received no response. After all, I don't know what's going on behind the scenes. Still, this was a bit of a let-down, and when it comes to the fast-paced world of high-tech development, a lot of people would be much less patient.
