Mystery Woman

Want a light-hearted diversion? Check out the Mystery Woman series on the Hallmark Channel. It's a little fluffy, but not bad, and the DVDs of at least three of the episodes are available from Netflix.

I did cringe at a few scenes that were awfully convenient, though. Like when the heroine stumbled across a blackmailer's scrapbook that spelled out a huge amount of the information that she needed. Who the heck keeps a scrapbook of such things anyway?

Still, it's a good show, and Kellie Martin is great in the title role.
