Craniosacral what?

I recently downloaded an ebook on personal success. It includes the following tidbit:

Taking care of your stress early on can make the whole process of recovery much faster. While it may seem a tremendous expense as some insurances won’t cover it, massage can help in a profound way, specifically one method called Craniosacral therapy.

...

Craniosacral therapy has provided me with so many benefits, I could write a book! From better sleep to more energy and focus, my life has been changed by this particular type of massage. I’m a champion for the technique, and may be the “poster child” as well!

What’s great about craniosacral therapy is that after a session, I not only feel relaxed, each subsequent day I feel physically better and better. It’s astonishing. I can literally say that this therapy has helped me feel better than I have in more than seven years!

Depression and stress zaps you in ways you don’t even realize until you’re feeling 100% again. Craniosacral may be your ticket to greater well-being overall.

Personally, I'm very, very skeptical, but I'll have to learn more.
