I recently had the most amazing fish dinner that I've ever experienced. It was a simple dish of grilled rainbow trout, but prepared exquisitely. Yummy! I so want to go back to that restaurant and try it again.

Unfortunately, they don't have any franchises in my area. Dang it! Dang it! Dang it!

I love that place. The fact that they also served brown rice was just an added bonus. Delish, lean, and nutritious to boot.

I loved, loved, loved it!
