I'm getting a friend of mine to do some electrical work in my basement. This is strictly on-the-side, mind you. It'll be some tax-free income for him, and it'll be an affordable deal for me.

I wish that I could get a similar deal for the more expensive work that needs to be done on my home, though.

Oh, well. Thank God for whatever blessings I can get!
