People who take and don't give

A friend of mine was complaining about a co-worker of hers. Let's call him Stan.

She complained that when people brings food to work, Stan helps himself quite generously, loudly, and unapologetically. He never brings any food himself, though. He never reciprocates.

Taking without giving.

I remember hearing this guy talk one day. He was asking for ways to illegally break into his neighbor's wireless network so that he wouldn't have to pay for an ISP. "There must be some software that I can download that'll let me do that," he said.

Good grief. From what I've been told, he's paid quite well. Where is the shame?
