The left side of my trapezius hurts. I had tired it out carrying a bunch of luggage around for a few miles, and I must have wrenched it while it was in a tuckered out condition. Now it hurts.

I don't regret carrying all that luggage around, though. I think that was the right thing to do. (Long story.)

I could really use somebody to massage it out, though. Ow. Ow. Ow.

By the way, fo rthose who don't know what I'm referring to, this is the trapezius muscle.

This really hurts.
