Still more from C.A.P.E.R.

Another script excerpt:

P.T.
Doc you stay here and do some thinking. Don't move until you hear from me. And no matter what happens, don't come into the house. Bugs, you come with me.

DOC
What happens if you don't come out?

BUGS
Yeah, what happens if we don't come out?

P.T.
Well, you get on the C.A.P.E.R. band radio and call Sergeant Vinton.

DOC
Affirmative.

P.T.
Come on Bugs.

BUGS
Is there any reason why you don't go in the house and I stay here and think?

DOC
Yes.

BUGS
I thought so.

More about C.A.P.E.R.

Here's an example of the offbeat, fourth-wall-breaking humor of the old "Kids from C.A.P.E.R." show.

P.T., DOC, BUGS and DOOMSDAY are just hanging around.

DOC
Hey guys, what's going on?

Doc snaps his fingers.

BUGS
You know what's going on, we're waiting for the girl.

Bugs snaps his fingers.

DOOMSDAY
What girl?

Doomsday snaps his fingers.

P.T.
The girl that usually arrives about this time.

P.T. snaps his fingers and Judy enters the room.

JUDY
Are you the boys from C.A.P.E.R.?

P.T.
If we're not, someone's wearing our clothes.
