I kinda like HSBC Direct, but they really frustrate me at times.

My bank-to-bank transfers got locked -- understandably so -- since I accidentally tried to transfer funds to an account that I had deactivated a few months ago. That's not the problem. The problem is that they can't unlock the account for reasons that they themselves don't understand.

This all happened late at night, when I was desperately trying to get some sleep. Darn you! Darn it!

So I'm trying to be calm, but yeah, I'm a bit grumpy today.
